I saw Paige today for the first time and she spent a lot of time going over the benefits of clean eating and movement, as well as Reiki. I had surface level knowledge of what Reiki was, and was so interested in learning more. I’ve been leaning more into more holistic remedies lately. I am a new mom and life gets so busy sometimes this sounded like a nice escape and I was right. When I got there I told Paige that I knew nothing. So she educated me and explained everything to a point where I felt 1000% comfortable and actually excited to try it. She told me, the process would take about 3 days to complete. The things she told me I might experience in the days following happened! I was enlightened on day two and definitely felt a different perspective on life. I do want to try it again. Paige is the sweetest person ever! This was my first reiki so I did not know what to expect. I recently ended a toxic relationship, and my sister recommended that I experience a reiki. I was feeling mostly emotions of anger, and I wanted to feel more balanced. To my surprise, after my reiki healing with Paige, I did feel calm and at peace. I got a reiki healing about a month ago, but that was the start of my healing. Just had my first Reiki session with Paige. Having had an immense amount of trauma happen in my life, I was skeptical at best.
